2.1)Zinc aluminum magnesium Advantages
1) Zn-Al-Mg coating has better corrosion resistance, and the increase of Al and Mg content in a certain range makes the corrosion resistance of Zn-Al-Mg coated steel sheet increase several times times higher than that of galvanized steel sheet.
2)With low friction coefficient and stable friction characteristics, it is very favorable for punching, which can reduce the amount of wear on the coating, thereby reducing the part's pulling defects.
3)The Zn-Al-Mg coating has good welding performance, and the addition of magnesium can reduce the spatter of the weld attachment in the laser welding process and improve the welding performance.

The structure of Zinc aluminum magnesium
coating is composed of primary Zn phase, Zn
/ MgZn2 binary eutectic phase, Zn / MgZn2 / Al
ternary eutectic phase.
2.3) Zn-Al-Mg Cyclic corrosion test
•Cyclic corrosion test Executive standard :JIS SO M609.
2 hours spray, neutral (pH value 6.5-7.2) saline
solution35ºC,5%NaCl.
4 hours drying, 60 C, relative humid
2 hours wetting, 50 C, condensate, relative humidity 95%.
After salt spray and cyclic corrosion tests, a dense colloidal corrosion product
was coated at the cutting edge of Zn-Mg-Al coating. The main component was
Zn5(OH)8Cl2.H2O. The corrosion product was proved to be very stable and not
easy to decompose.

Aluminum-zinc steel plate alloy coating consists of about 55 % aluminum, about 43.5 % zinc and about 1.5 % Silicon,Compared with traditional galvanized products, it has excellent corrosion resistance, heat resistance and thermal reflectivity, etc. Aluminum-zinc plate surface spangle are small and uniform, bright colors, high surface hardness, can be coated with a variety of color fingerprint, widely used in home appliances, construction, structure, electrical and other industries.
