Flatness
There are 7 sets of bridle rolls, 6 sets of steering rolls, and one dry tension leveler with maximum 1% elongation control to make the strip steepness ratio no more than 0.5%;

The 30-meter long high-efficiency cleaning system cleans the raw material sheets and activate the strip surface, after that,excellent passivation solution is applied to the strip surface to ensure the better adhesion of the coating layers.

Application
The base metal of the Color Coating Plate is galvanized sheet, aluminized zinc sheet,zinc-aluminium-magnesium, aluminium-magnesium-manganese and stainless steel. After surface pretreatment and roll coating,it is coated with muli-laver liquidpaint and cooled by baking. The coatings with polyester, silicon modified polyester, high weatherability polyester, polyvinylidene fluoride, epoxy and high corrosion resistance have excellent durability, corrosion resistance and formability. Products are widely used in home appliances, decoration, construction, automobile, stadiums,railway-station,interior partitions,warehouses,elevators,metal curtain walls and other industries.
